This summer I learned that my commercial lease was being terminated and it was a cold shower. Then I decided to take this news as an opportunity to build “La Forge de Bertille” in a new place, keeping this strong link with tradition while making room for a modernity that will fully integrate: my know-how in metal, my desire for connection (transmission, sharing, etc.) and my creativity (my personal work as an artist).
This is where I need you! Because moving a forge is no small feat: there are several tons of anvils, steam hammers and other work machines. A chimney must be installed, the slabs reinforced, etc. But above all, I must be able to buy the premises which, transformed, will become my new forge.
